Blake Wilkie, Esq.
Blake Wilkie is a dedicated attorney focusing on debtors’ rights litigation and strategic counsel. With extensive experience serving fintech funders in both law firm and in-house counsel roles, he has advised businesses of all sizes on federal, state, and local regulations while developing effective collection strategies and enforcement procedures. Blake earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and a recipient of the Dean’s Recruitment Scholarship. He also holds a B.A. in Business Law from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude. Admitted to practice in New York and Arizona, Blake brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients.
