Blake Wilkie, Esq.

Background
Blake Wilkie’s legal practice focuses on creditors’ rights, real estate and strategic counsel. Through his career, he has served fintech funders and alternative finance providers in both law firm and in-house counsel settings. In those roles, he gained invaluable experience advising a multitude of large and small companies regarding federal, state, and local laws, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive collection strategies and enforcement procedures.
In his real estate practice, Blake represents commercial landlords and homeowners in a wide variety of matters and transactions, including boundary and easement disputes, landlord/tenant matters, purchase and sale agreements, leases, short-term rental matters and non-disclosure issues. Blake is also a licensed Arizona real estate agent, allowing him the unique perspective of serving his real estate clients from both a legal and business point of view.
Blake honed his legal skills in several fast-paced law firm environments, while his in-house experience lends a unique view of the goals, objectives and concerns of the funders and property owners he represents. Unifying these approaches allows him to analyze legal problems from multiple perspectives to solve his clients’ legal issues efficiently and effectively. From pre-litigation matters through final resolution, he is trained to identify a wide variety of legal issues that arise on a day-to-day basis, how to respond to them, and how to prevent them before they arise in the future.
After graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Blake obtained his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was a Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal.
